Interior Foliage Design is a family-owned NYC greenhouse based in Long Island City, serving New York City, the Hamptons and Montauk, and the broader Northeast—including markets such as Boston, Philadelphia, D.C., Rhode Island, and Connecticut—for event plant and tree rentals.
City hotels, lofts, museums, estates, and tented lawns all have different access. Share driveway, elevator, and lawn-protection notes so we can schedule realistically.
Short-term plant and tree rentals are priced as a flat rate for up to three days. Longer holds (rehearsal-plus-brunch weekends) are quoted case by case. Quotes typically cover the plants and planters you select; delivery, labor, and sales tax depend on venue access, timing, and crew needs.
For a fast estimate, include: wedding date, venue + city, plant list or look (olive count/heights, hedges, living wall size), indoor vs. outdoor, and load-in / load-out windows.

Do you rent plants for one-day or weekend weddings? Yes. Short-term plant and tree rentals are a flat rate for up to three days, which fits most ceremony-plus-reception windows.
Are the trees and plants live? Yes—we specialize in live event trees and plants from our NYC greenhouse. Hedge walls are our premium rental product as described on the boxwood hedge page.

Do you deliver to the Hamptons and beyond Manhattan? Yes. We serve NYC boroughs, the Hamptons and Montauk, and the Northeast. Delivery and labor vary by distance and venue access.
How far in advance should we book? As early as you can—especially peak Friday and Saturday wedding season. Last-minute requests are welcome when inventory allows; call 718-784-4527.
