Flat rate up to three days

Short-term plant and tree rentals are a flat rate for up to three days. Longer holds are quoted case by case.

Quotes typically cover the plants and planters you select; delivery, labor, and sales tax depend on venue access, timing, and crew needs. We do not publish a same-day surcharge menu on this site. A rush job is still quoted from the same building blocks—availability and access decide whether we can do it.

Delivery, install, and strike still apply

Rush does not mean a curb dump unless that is what you booked.

• We deliver from our New York City greenhouse and place the rental as scoped.
• Venues may still require a certificate of insurance before load-in—ask when you call.
• Strike (pickup) should be scheduled; same-night load-out is often possible when the window is real.

When a rush job is a poor fit

Call anyway, but expect a no (or a substitute) when:

• The exact specimen is already out on another event
• Load-in is inside a window we cannot staff
• The venue is too far for the remaining drive time (Hamptons Fridays, for example)
• COI, union, or security paperwork cannot clear before your door time

A clear no is more useful than a late maybe.
