Short-term plant, tree, and hedge rentals use a flat rate up to three days. Delivery and labor are quoted from venue location, volume, and timing (Friday load-in vs. same-day turn). Hedge size tiers for 2026 commonly range from about $195–$895 before tax and labor—verify on /pages/hedge-walls.
Do you deliver plant rentals to Montauk and the Hamptons? Yes. We regularly support East End events from our NYC greenhouse with scheduled delivery, placement, and pickup.
Is there a minimum for Hamptons delivery? Minimums depend on season, distance, and order size. Send your plant list and we’ll quote clearly—no surprise fees buried in the fine print.
Can you turn a restaurant or popup space quickly? Yes. Popups and seasonal dining rooms (such as work around Mary Lou’s in Montauk) need tight windows; share open/close times when you inquire.
What if the event is outdoors and windy? We’ll recommend weighted planters, hedge configurations, and species that hold up. Sometimes a hedge + tree mix outperforms tall, top-heavy arrangements.
How far ahead should Hamptons weddings book? Peak summer Fridays and Saturdays book early. Reach out as soon as the venue is confirmed; we’ll hold what we can once the quote is approved.
Do you only serve Long Island? No—we serve NYC and the Northeast more broadly (Boston, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Philadelphia, D.C., and beyond for the right project).
