Short-term rentals are a flat rate up to three days. Holdovers, multi-week wraps, and touring holds are quoted case by case. Delivery and labor scale with access (street vs. loading dock, elevator timing, overnight calls, union house rules).
For a fast bid, send: shoot/premiere date(s), venue or lot address, city, plant list or lookbook, and load-in / load-out windows—including any blackout or quiet hours.

Do you rent plants for one-day premieres? Yes. Short-term pricing covers rentals up to three days at a flat rate, which fits most premiere and single-shoot windows.
Can you match a production designer’s reference images? Yes—send stills or a deck. We’ll pull closest matches from greenhouse inventory and note any substitutions early.
Do you work through production companies? Yes. We commonly quote and invoice through production companies, agencies, and venue producers (as with the olive trees for The Odyssey premiere in NY).

How late can we add plants? Call 718-784-4527. We’ll be honest about inventory and crew. Earlier is better for large tree counts.
Do you strike same night? Often yes, when load-out is scheduled. Overnight holds are available when quoted.
Is this sustainable vs. buying disposable décor? Renting live (and reusable premium faux hedge) greenery reduces waste versus single-use scenic buys—aligned with our sustainable event décor positioning.
