Short-term plant and tree rentals are priced as a flat rate for up to three days. Longer holds, multi-city tours, and overnight installs are quoted case by case. Quotes typically cover the plants and planters you select; delivery, labor, and sales tax depend on venue access, timing, and crew needs.
For a fast estimate, include: event date(s), venue + city, plant list or lookbook, indoor vs. outdoor, brand/finish notes, and load-in / load-out windows.

Hotels, galleries, street-level pop-ups, rooftops, and waterfront sites all have different access. Share loading-dock hours, elevator reservations, and any quiet-hour rules early.

Do you rent plants for one-day or weekend brand activations? Yes. Short-term plant and tree rentals are a flat rate for up to three days. Longer activations are priced separately.
Can you match a brand deck or reference images? Yes—send stills or a lookbook. We’ll pull closest matches from greenhouse inventory and note any substitutions early.
Do you work through agencies and production companies? Yes. We commonly quote and invoice through experiential agencies, brand teams, and venue producers.
Can we combine olive trees, hedges, and living walls? Absolutely. Many activations mix olive trees with boxwood hedge walls and living walls for structure plus a hero photo moment.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI)? Venues often require a COI. Ask when you request a quote so we can coordinate naming the venue or production as needed. Process details: how plant rental works.
How far in advance should we book? As early as you can—especially around fashion, holiday, and premiere calendars. Last-minute requests are welcome when inventory allows; call 718-784-4527.
