Our exterior team works in that context—residential luxury with practical city detailing.

City yards punish weak materials. We specify pavers and decking meant to work as long-wearing flooring and as part of the design; enclosure and kitchen structures are built as architectural features, not afterthoughts. Plant choices draw on decades of greenhouse experience so your garden fits light levels and exposure behind a brownstone.
Primary outdoor territory includes New York City and the Tri-State: Nassau County, Suffolk County (Hamptons and North Fork), New Jersey, and Connecticut. Boston and Philadelphia are also listed in our exterior service area. Long Island City staging supports efficient crew access into Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and beyond.
Do you handle both the hardscape and the planting? Yes. Townhouse projects commonly combine custom pavers or woodwork with planted beds, planters, and finishing details.
Can you build a garbage enclosure that looks designed? Yes. We create custom wood and metal garbage enclosures for townhouses and brownstones that keep function while improving the look of the exterior.
Do you install outdoor kitchens or grill enclosures? Yes. Permanent grill systems and exterior kitchen setups, plus grill enclosures / barbecue islands suited to NYC weather, are part of our exterior offering.
Will you maintain the yard after installation? We provide landscape maintenance for NYC outdoor spaces we create. Ask to include care in your proposal.
How do quotes work? Call or email with photos and goals. We provide budget transparency and a walkthrough-based estimate—similar to our standard plant/landscape process.
Do you work outside Manhattan? Yes—NYC boroughs and Tri-State markets including Long Island and the Hamptons, plus NJ and CT.
Is this for event décor? No. Short-term hedges, olive trees, and party rentals live under events rentals. This page is permanent residential outdoor design-build.
